“I find yoga and massage the perfect compliment for maintaining health and well-being, as well as powerful preventative medicine that can help one age gracefully. I continue my studies in both, and find great joy in sharing my knowledge with others, especially in powerful places such as Ghost Ranch. This place feeds and heals the soul and is also perfect for strengthening and attending to the physical body. Come join me for an inspiring week of wellness and attention to your body/mind/spirit with a few different options for classes.
