Designed for couples or other close pairs who want to spend quality time together, this retreat offers an abundance of yoga, meditation, sound baths, writing exercises, adventure, hiking, and precious time together away from your routine.

Start every morning with an all-levels yoga class in the beautiful yoga yurt. Spend time journaling, cultivating intentions, and sharing with your retreat partner. Enjoy free time every day for rest or optional adventures, with the group or by yourselves. Sound Baths and Nidra Meditations will help you deeply relax together in the later parts of the day.

Get closer to each other and strengthen your bond at this fun retreat for pairs, whether you are coming with your sweetheart, your best friend, a family member, or anyone you’d like to spend some fun and meaningful time with in this beautiful setting.

Enjoy three wholesome meals daily (dietary needs will absolutely be accommodated), and choose your own lodging options at the gorgeous and historic Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, NM. Hope you can join us!

    Lara Harsh

    Lara Harsh, LMT 7173, E-RYT-500, is a lifelong practitioner of meditation, yoga, and other mindfulness practices.

    After obtaining her BA from Occidental College in Critical Theory and Social Justice, Lara went on to study at the Santa Fe School of Massage, where she graduated in 2011.

    During college, Lara attended a 200-hour Greenpath Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Society of San Francisco in 2009, after which she began formally teaching. She later completed a 500-hour training through Samadhi Center of Yoga in Denver, CO in 2017, which included in-depth training in Nidra, Yin, and Restorative styles. She spent a decade of her career as the Director of Santa Fe Community Yoga, a nonprofit studio.

    Her classes blend poetic philosophical reflections with in-depth anatomical wisdom, sprinkled with a little humor. She especially loves facilitating retreats, as they are an opportunity to change our routines and have real life adventures.
